Founded in 1964, Oakmont has grown into a vibrant neighborhood of more than 3,200 homes and approximately 4,800 residents.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Our community was designed to feel more like a small town than a traditional retirement&nbsp;community.
