In 2004, OVA initiated an extensive project to improve the two small buildings between the Central Pool and the Lawn Bowling area to provide additional space, address security issues (due to open access to building facilities on all four sides of both structures), and potentially provide OVA-owned space for the association offices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Long Range Planning and New Construction Committee summarized member input in the document \u201cOakmont Community Building Program.\u201d At that time, the LRPC membership was composed of a representative from major groups such as the Fitness Club, the Library, the Computer Learning Center, the Arts group, and the Lawn Bowling group, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
