At the direction of various OVA boards, the LRPC, conducted multiple research projects to gather data that would give the Board and members data for decision-making. These projects were aimed at providing a better understanding of Oakmont, including its similiarities and differences to other active senior communities in Northern CA. As a part of that work, the Board also developed a Five-Phase oversight management process for large projects.
